Responsibilities of Reviewers

Objectivity: Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts objectively, without bias or prejudice.
Confidentiality: Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of the review process.
Timeliness: Reviewers must complete their reviews in a timely manner.
Constructive Feedback: Reviewers should provide constructive feedback to authors.

Responsibilities of Editors

Fairness and Impartiality: Editors must ensure that manuscripts are evaluated fairly and
impartially.
Confidentiality: Editors must maintain the confidentiality of the review process.
Decision-Making: Editors are responsible for making decisions regarding manuscript
acceptance or rejection.
Transparency: Editors must ensure transparency in the publication process.

Publication Misconduct

RCIJSHE takes allegations of publication misconduct seriously. Examples of publication misconduct include:

Plagiarism: Presenting someone else’s work as one’s own. Fabrication: Falsifying data or results. Falsification: Manipulating data or results to support a particular conclusion. Duplicate Publication: Publishing the same research in multiple journals.

Investigation and Action

If publication misconduct is suspected, RCIJSHE will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include:

Retraction: Withdrawing a published article. Correction: Correcting errors or inaccuracies in a published article. Notification: Notifying relevant parties, including authors, institutions, and funding agencies.
