To support the cost of rigorous peer review, professional editing, digital archiving, and the maintenance of our open-access platform, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable for accepted manuscripts.
APC Payment: The APC is to be paid by the author, their institution, or funding body after the manuscript successfully passes peer review and is accepted for publication.
What the APC covers: Editorial processing, peer review coordination, copy editing, typesetting, permanent online hosting, and archiving.
No Submission Fee: There is no fee for initial submission; APCs apply only upon acceptance.
Fee Structure: The current APC will be communicated to authors at the time of final acceptance, reflecting the prevailing service costs and currency rates.
Discounts and Waivers: The journal may offer fee waivers or discounts for reviewers, authors from developing countries, or in special cases—contact the editorial office for details.
